Unreleased 2025
Hello! You’ve found your way to a secret page!
The following is a sneak peek at a new body of work set to release in summer/fall 2025 in a solo show with Jonathan Levine Projects in NYC/Los Angeles.
This past year, I returned to painting on panel from street art in order to explore new themes and techniques. I’m very excited about this new direction and looking forward to it’s release in 2025. Please do not share images from this page publicly.
This series is called “Pollinator”, named after the first painting I made using an experimental storytelling process. In recent years I’ve become increasingly interested in the emotional intersection of humanity, technology and mythology and how we can collectively pursue a vision of the future that places hopefulness and determination at the forefront.
These paintings are part of a co-creative feedback loop that explores our hopes and fears for the future through narrative fragments. I’ve modified a text-based Large Language model to augment each of these paintings with personal histories, and through conversation with them (myself and viewers), uncovered new details that have been the inspiration for new paintings. The creative spark bounces between, artist, technology, the viewer, and the canvas, like the erratic flight patterns of a pollinator.
You can chat with some of the paintings by scanning the QR codes at the bottom of the page. Enjoy!
