A mural commissioned by CBC/Radio Canada’s art & culture channel ICI artv to promote their wide range of programming.
With summer at an end in Quebec, my starting point was to invoke a feeling of nostalgia for days spent picnicking in parks (Something Quebecers do very well). The rest is peppered with a bit of nonsense and abstraction; A way to represent the constant and reciprocal relationship between art and reality.
